I'm not trying to be negative here but have you tried posting topics in your forum to get your team mates pumped up? Coming to the main forum will only create a negative attitude towards you from your team mates and other GLB players. Just my opinion.

Weren't the Cheap Toys gutted last season? It's a rebuilding phase...just be patient and help your teammates get it together.
