This ranking is as all the rest with the exception that I will rank all playoff teams.
#1 Whodey's Experiment (1) - They ended up with the 3 seed, but the top spot in my ranking. I think WE will easily handle Minnesota in round 1 before a tough round 2 match-up against Calico or All Pro.
#2 Short Bus Window Lickers (3) - They finish second in this ranking despite a monster year. They get the non-boosting Chaos in round 1 before a very tough game against either Flumps or Hired Guns.
#3 Chicago 85' Bears (5) - Gerr finishes the season strong with an impressive win vs Guns and is ranked higher now in my rankings than at any point during the season. They have a decent game in round 1 vs the kids, but I am excited to see how far Gerr's team can go.
#4 Fighting Gamecocks (2) - I am sure they are frustrated with the loss, but I don't really see that as an insane loss. Subversive is very good and it isn't too crazy to assume FGC was holding a little back in preparation for the playoffs.
#5 Hired Guns (4) - I am somewhat surprised they lost by 3 touchdowns, but it is hard to know how a rematch would go because you assume both teams held important cards back. However, the Guns have a brutal first round game vs Sir Flumps directly followed up by SBWL (assuming they beat the Chaos).
#6 All Pro Falcons (6) - I believe A.I. wouldn't trade this first round match-up for any other team because he has revenge on his mind. The Flacons lost by 1 to Calico in week 14. BIG rematch in round 1!
#7 TazVikes Nordica (7) - Again, this is my dark horse in the East. They have a tough round 1 game vs Subversive then FGC (assuming they beat Requiem), but it wouldn't blow my socks off to see this team in the Eastern Finals.
#8 Sir Flumps (9) - I was more than a little impressed by their victory over Royal to end the season and lock in the 5th seed, however that 5th seed earned them a brutal dog fight against the Hired Guns which is easily the premier game of round 1 to me.
#9 Gold Test Squad (8) - Their streak of easy-easier games is over and they now face Royal in round 1. I don't think anyone would be surprised to see GTS win in round 1 or lose against Royal in the first round.
#10 Subversive Education (NR) - You want my attention? Go beat the top seed in your division. Subversive has proven they can beat anybody on any given day, however they draw a very good TazVikes in round 1 and I will be surprised to see them in round 2.
#11 Royal Cocks (10) - They've taken a lot of losses lately and proven they are not a top team, but I believe in Dave Mr. Majors and wouldn't be surprised to see him pull out a win against GTS.
#12 Calico Cliff Trees (NR) - I would have never thought they had a shot at beating All Pro, until they did.... Now I am wondering what they got coming in this match-up.
#13 the kids aren't alright (NR) - At times they have been great and at times they have played at a very low level. What will they show in round 1? I am excited to see if they show up in their big boy pants against Gerr.
#14 Minnesota Vikingz (NR) - I just don't think this is a great team. Their offense struggles and I am not sure if they can fix their problems between week 16 and their match-up against Whodey in round 1.
#15 Cincinnati Chaos (NR) - They bring the West's 5th ranked passing attack into a first round battle against the West's top ranked defense... The defense will very likely win that dog fight.
#16 Requiem Revolver (NR) - Talk about doing barely enough, but this team found a way into the playoffs only to be greeted by FGC in a rematch of S35, round 2. I just don't see RR getting lucky vs FGC.
