The only requirement is that you are active and dedicated to the team. I don't expect a guru to come applying for the job. In fact I'd prefer fresh faces. I'd like people with a passion to succeed in GLB and who will make the effort to learn their craft as well as communicate with myself. (I will be active helping to gameplan each week think of me as head coach)
