#1 Short Bus Window Lickers (1) - Hope you enjoyed the bye. I don't expect the Mayors game to be within 4 TDs. Check back on SBWL in a few weeks.

#2 Fighting Gamecocks (3) - I'll proudly say that in my playoff prediction post I called this victory. Great match-up vs a great All Pro squad, but FG just had enough luck to pull it out. What a great game.

#3 All Pro Falcons (2) - Don't pack your bags just yet boys! The Falcons played exceptionally well and are very, very good team. I expect the Falcons will win out and get the #2 seed. They could very easily turn the tables on FG in a potential playoff rematch.

#4 Royal Cocks (5) - They move up on the TazVikes defeat this week. Royal has a few nice wins this season: Crib, Gold Test and Chaos. However, the tough road is just starting with playoff teams every week to finish the season except two.

#5 Whodey's Experiment (8) - Color me impressed. I kind of had money on the TazVikes by maybe a touchdown, but Whodey's Experiment really flexed their collective muscle and threw for 299.5 yards in this match-up. I know it is a 3 spot jump, but I really think I could justify moving them all the way up to #4, but they will stay at #5 this week due to their losses.

#6 Chicago 85' Bears (6) - It isn't their fault they played a CPU in week 9, but really nothing to see here this week. Check back next week after their match-up with the Chaos.

#7 Hired Guns (7) - They did what they were supposed to do in week 9 and have a CPU in week 10. They have a decent match-up vs the Chaos in week 11, but then another easy win vs UWF World Wrestling in week 12. Should be a few quick wins headed their way.

#8 TazVikes Nordica (4) - First note, I don't know why it shows they are 6-2 on their team page when they have 3 losses. I'm fully convinced this is an elite team, despite their losses, but maybe not quite as good as I had them ranked. However they will have a chance to redeem themselves vs FG later in the season.

#9 the kids aren't alright (9) - Finally, week 10 has arrived! We will learn a lot in week 10 when the kids face Royal in a really significant seeding match-up. I'm not sure the kids will take Royal, but if they could it would really help their chances to climb the seeding ladder in the West.

#10 Gold Test Squad (10) - They are starting to handle business with two nice wins in a row vs Flumps and Crib. I expect them to win all of their games the rest of the way out with only one decent match-up against the Chaos in week 15.

Interesting Notes from Week 9 (not included above):

NOLA's raging come back was crushed this week by the 3rd ranked Chaos pass attack.

The kids continue their streak to make it the longest in PWG outside the undefeated teams.

Flumps scored 216 vs a CPU team this week.... Talk about a stat-stuffer game.

Minnesota had a crushing defeat against the RedruM that may cause RedruM problems and potentially will cause them to miss the 8 seed if they don't get rolling soon.

The Boston Minutemen came out on top of the Lincoln City Seals incredibly 126-94.

...I knew this season was going to be a lot tougher in PWG coz for starters, the faithful let that one slip to dude's team last season ...SHAAAMMMEE! ...also I think that whodey shook up PWG last season by beating many of the better teams in there ...that would have stirred up some here that are quite proud of their peewee achievements and may have inspired them to ensure that their teams perform better this season ...maybe some whodey retribution also? ...good to see the Cocks making a play this season

So I beat the #7 team 40-21, #6 team 63-35, # 4 team 63-24, #9 team 49-21 and the #10 team 42-0 and I'm ranked 8th.?.? The 3 teams I have lost to have a combined 24 wins and 3 losses this season.
