I just bought this team (http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=292), and will be starting at rookie next season. I will be the DC, and I am looking for people to do the following:
OC
ST
Scouts (multiple)
Duties:
OC: Offensive Coordinator will have full control of the offense. This includes finding the right players. The OC would need to provide at least 1 player to the team on offense. More is better
If I feel comfortable with the OC, I will let him offer contracts if he wishes. It will be the OC's job to create a game plan for each game we play. He will also be responsible for advising offensive players on how to best build their dots.
If you want to apply for OC, send me a PM telling me about your offensive philosophy, your roster needs, and your thoughts on dot building for offense. Also, feel free to ask any questions of me.
ST: Special Teams Coordinator will be responsible for setting up the ST every week. I'd like the ST to provide at least one ST player (K, P, Returner, or STOP).
Scouts: Scouting is more than using the various scripts available to find out team's tendencies. Scouting is watching games, finding out more about individual players, seeing strengths and weaknesses on a team. Knowing the individual players on an opposing team can really help direct the offense or defense to exploit a weakness.
If you are interested in ST or Scout positions, please send me a PM and tell me why this would be a good position for you, and what you bring to the table (including players you would create for the team).
My goal is to get guys in THIS season to start work for next season. I will interview as many people as I need to in order to find the right people for the jobs.
