I think we are close to being a dominant team if we can get the O rolling. We have had mixed results on O and need someone to take this team where it should be....WL.
I will hand over total control and can do scouting for you. This team has a 1411 Effective level so the players are good, maybe not great in some areas but we can work on that if we need to.
