We're going to take this puppy the whole way and have the agents, the talent, the farm teams and the primary staff to do it.
Offering now an opportunity for additional staff to fill very key roles necessary to put us at the top of the other elite teams as we advance.
Assistant OC: primary role would be to take the lead on tourney games. Secondary role would be to help scout and back up the OC.
Assistant DC: primary role would be as a special situation custom play builder/caller. Secondary role would be to back up the DC and help scout.
2 Scouts: We have the talent and willingness to run any play and follow any game plan in order to win every game we can. Now we need to add two scouts to assist the HC in giving us the agility to do that. Need guys/gals who can read defenses and spot mismatches on offense.
Recruiter(s): Perfect place to get the experience needed to start your own team or get your foot in the door to serious coordinating. This is actually a player personnel type role where you not only troll for and steal the best dots you can find but also take the lead on getting the right dots on the right team. (we have three teams at this level). A combination salesman/good builder would be perfect for this job.
Special Teams Coach. Our Co-Owner is doing this job right now but wouldn't mind passing it off to a good "analyst" who's not afraid to think outside of the box.
