Already have an agent willing to do one or the other. He doesn't have a preference. We are filling out the roster and have a lot of solid and committed agents.
I do have some very basic ideas as to how I want things run but the specifics are up to you. I am looking for someone who is willing to stick this out long-term so preference would be given to someone willing to build a new dot or two for the new team.
