Had one today in a private scrim. Mine was from a SB Trips formation, HB Weak Screen. was pretty lol.

PBP replays for safeties stop a few ticks early is all. run plays dont look too bad, but most pass plays end up looking a bit silly.
Been processed a couple times, and not found a good way to resolve it,was the last I heard.

Not one single game change has been based on replays alone, they are based on the actual code.
Replays are used to suggest possible issues which are then looked at on a code level to verify, or to judge the scale of already identified issues.
