I'm wanting to own the team and you do all the work. Looking for one guy I can put my finger on and say, "this is your show, we're a new Rookie team in season 31 and you gotta find a way"
I don't care about experience, I want someone who REALLY wants to be the Head Guy - do all the recruiting, either find DCs and OC's or just do it all yourself. You can delegate whatever you want if you know guys you believe in (not me, I want to watch you succeed)

Or just want to OC... whatever - I'm hoping to find someone enthusiastic and most importantly has the ability to recruit as needed. I'm too lazy to recruit. That's for you and your staff under you.
