Has anything like this ever been done? I think it would be neat to put together a list of all stars at each position. Examine each dot in the context of the sim in which they played and vote for the most dominant dot at each position. For example, even though Jedi Knight and Dooley wouldn't hold a candle to I heart jeremy lin in the current sim (older builds), they were more dominant in their sim and at that place in the GLB continuum and would get the vote. Any thoughts on doing this without making it a pissing contest?

I think the biggest problem would be making decisions on positions where stats can be really deceptive or non-existent, like CB, OL, and BFB. Having a lot of PDs or Pancakes is great and all, but that doesn't mean the dot was actually dominant. An OL could give up a ton of sacks, the CB could give up TDs, and the BFB might just be on a heavy rushing team.

Obviously Bacon was the most dominant C that part is common knowledge

Well sure, but I can't name a single OT or OG off the top of my head.

Pass. I might be objective (since my team nor any of my players were ever good enough to be on the list), but there is no way I would want to deal with all the egos involved with something like that.
