I'm wanting to own the team and you do all the work. Looking for one guy I can put my finger on and say, "this is your show, we're a new Rookie team in season 31 and you gotta find a way"
I don't care about experience, I want someone who REALLY wants to be the Head Guy - do all the recruiting, either find DCs and OC's or just do it all yourself. You can delegate whatever you want if you know guys you believe in (not me, I want to watch you succeed)
It may be the team above or a different team (TBD) but it'll be a team that will reset for Season 31 anyway. I will want to make one dot for the team if you'll allow that. Yes, I'll build however you want me to.
