Probably, but my days off from work during the offseason came, and I said "I'm going to work on AI's that day", and that day came, and I didn't feel like it and did something else. Then it was another opportunity to do it that was squandered, and after that it was, "the feeling will pass when games start up in preseason". It never did. This past weekend I decided I was going to log in and retire all the dots (165 of them), and I didn't even feel like doing that in favor of doing something else.
It's pretty bad when walking away the game takes more effort than you really want to put in. That is another sign that you should walk away. I figured it would be better to do it before games counted in the event that I did actually manage to beat someone, only to blow the team up midseason and have someone miss the playoffs because they lost to a team that everyone else 255'd.
