So I saw this on some other forums and thought it would be great for our league. I am not an owner or GM so I would love to handle this and be a tallier of votes.
Here's what I was thinking...
32 teams in the league, one representative per team (preferably the owner) submits a ballot that includes one player per position.
If individual owners want to have a vote inside their forums to come up with a ballot that the team submits that would be a cool way to keep everyone involved.
However the Owner/representative comes up with the ballot is up to him, but as long as there is only one ballot per team.
Just like every pro sport All-Star game their will be two teams. The Eastern Reps vote to make up the Eastern Conference Pro Bowlers while the Western Reps vote to make up the Western Conference Pro Bowlers.
2/3(10 teams)of the teams in each conference must submit a ballot for the Voting to count.
The top vote getters will be named starters while others will fill out the depth chart accordingly, as long as we have enough votes to do so.
Votes can be sent in after Game 6 of the Regular season and must be submitted by the first playoff game.
The 1st Annual Canadian A #3 League Pro Bowlers will be named before the second Playoff Game (as long as we have 2/3 teams submitting ballots)
