Further proof of just how stupid and/or blind FBs are in this game, regardless of build.

put some speed on the FB and this doesn't happen

Don't blame the FB. The blind HB ran right into him.

Looks like my B-team 7th grade football team.

FB looks like he didn't study his playbook.

You guys choose to see it as a blown play, I choose to interpret it differently.

I saw a dot, Speedy Back, putting his heart on his sleeve and running to embrace the man he loved. Abe Froman, callous afro-adorned heartbreaker that he is, chooses victory over love (ultimately, perhaps tragically considering the final score) and spurns his advances. He tries to get him to follow his blocks, but Speedy Back is a man on a mission.

Faced with undeniable rejection and armed with only his broken heart, Speedy Back races suicidally into the arms of Julius Peppers while Robert Griffin III can only watch helplessly as victory slowly slips from his grasp.

I can't BELIEVE you people didn't see that. It's the kind of nuance and subtlety about the human condition they've been trying to work into the coding for years, now.

I have seen a ton of real NFL plays where the HB runs into his own blockers. Put speed on the FB and that doesn't happen.
