Being the worst team in the WL, or the best team in Pro that didn't promote?

Well if you are the worst in WL that means you are likely losing a lot. If you are the best team in pro that didn't demote that likely means you are winning a lot and probably do pretty well against WL teams as well. Also likely means theres a good chance you are heading to WL while the bottom feeder is heading back to Pro...
So the best Pro team probably.

The best Pro team that doesnt make WL is not really #33... it is #49. The 16 demoting teams from WL are probably still better. Good chance that best Pro team that failed to make WL loses out to one of those demotees.
Would rather go 0-16 and have played in the WL than be stuck just on the outside.

Having been on both sides of this structure (not 0-16 but like 5-11 or whatever it was) it definitely feels better to know you are good but just missed out than to get waxed in WL and know you are headed back to pro.

losing in the CCG of pro just means another whole seasons wasted until u play a meaningful game (CCG). Both are in the same position but I'd still take the experience of being in WL

I guess that makes it a bit different. I have experienced more than enough WL. Experiencing being piss pounded just doesn't do it for me.
