i've come to realize that I am terrible at setting defensive game plans and am dragging down my team. Therefore I am looking for someone with experience on the defensive game planning. You will be in complete charge of the defense and I will try to stay out of your way. PM if interested, both your desire and what type of defense you would be implementing.
