HC - motivate the team and be able to do offense/defense/special teams when needed
OC - do the teams offense(filled)
DC - do the teams defense

Scouts - check on future opponents (check on their games, tag players that need to be tagged, and do the scouting report for offense and defense of the opponents.) Find out opponents that are potential threats.
Recruiter - Fill the team roster with quality dots that boost and will be active, cant have anything less from you.
