The Oranjestad Pelicans (http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1717) are seeking scouts to ease my workload.
I'm not sure where my expectations would fall vs. other teams, but here's what I envision for scouts-
2 offensive and 2 defensive, with a pair assigned to every other game (so offensive scout A would scout for games 1,3,5... and B would scout 2,4,6...). I am spreading this out because I want a good amount of information and want to give them all time to complete it.
I'm seeking a rather details analysis of at least 4 recent games of the foe, including (but not limited to) defensive formations, blitzers, frequency of blitz for defensive scouts and QB scrambling settings, potential mis-matches, tipping formations or player packages.
I would expect the reports at least 36 hours before the game against the team (and they can be up to 48 hours before, so the most recent game may not always be included.)
