Yeah this is just effective levels guys. Not the actual rankings yet. The teams at the top of the effective levels list should actually do well. If they don't well then that comes down to game planning etc.

Rockstars are ranked 26th in effective levels. Looks like I have some work to do.

Was simply a shot at WJ, cause he is WJ. I am fully aware that not only are these not the real rankings, but that NO RANKINGS mean a damn thing. Thanks for doing them though it gives us something to talk about in a dead forum.
