If you are not of the teams that are automatically demoted, then you have 3 options...

1. Turn your team CPU BEFORE the auto demotions.
2. Send a demotion request in and hope an admin will grant you it... (highly unlikely)
3. Stick around one more season and just use CPU players and get an auto demotion next season.

Non-competitive teams kill the Gold league. There are a number of competitive Silver teams who would like to get promoted, so if you have a Gold team that you don't want in Gold, ie will be non-competitive next season, try your best to get out of Gold. Thanks.

any chance we could do a non boosting Gold league? think all gold league teams would agree to that?

if we eliminated boosting in pee wee, I think people would come back and play

at least no boosting early to allow teams to decide if they are going to make the playoffs or not.

I can fill a team full of non boosters and probably make the playoffs in gold, but what is the point when I can do the same thing in silver or copper?

I am pumped I finally earned my way into gold, but to not be able to play cause I can't get a roster of people willing to boost and buy custom sort of sucks.

And I agree, the smart move would seem to be to agree to all go NBNC in Gold. But firstly, discussing that here will probably end in slapped wrists. Ouch.

But more importantly, in the end, a league not making Bort money will simply be dispensed with, I think. Certainly, he would have even less reason to pay attention to complaints and make changes that help Pee Wee (and sure, they are few and far between, but we did, for instance, get the screen pass issue sorted this season.)

(And oh god, Madonna on the half time show. So bad. Why do they inflict all this crap on people who just want to watch a game? Luckily, those of us not there can just switch over.)

and yeah NBNC is great idea just like all of the other nbnc leagues in the past, it's just hard to stay interested in them.
