solid core of agents. all boosters. all ceq. all vets. all great guys that i'm lucky to have on my squad. in three seasons i've only had to recruit 3 new players. so i can positively say "we're a team".
first two seasons, made conf. champ game both times. but fell short. this season, had a ton of rl stuff hit me and our oc. still managed to make it into the playoffs with the help from our gm's. but sadly our main oc has a lot on his plate and he just doesn't have the time anymore. so i'm looking for a replacement...
about me:
1. i'm a no b.s. owner. if at any point any of my squad wants to be cut, i release them as soon as i'm done reading the pm. no questions asked. i'll never hold any ones dot hostage. after all, this game is supposed to be fun right. and i fully take on the responsibility of finding a replacement.
2. when i hand over the controls to be my oc, i will never let anyone look at your playbooks. aka "all your hard work". unless you personally send me a pm confirming it's ok for a certain person to be allowed access. and above all... i, myself, wont even look at them. i just want to win and be a great team owner. i have no interest in stealing plays. i just want those gold trophies!!
3. for added help, i plan on recruiting a decent amount of gm's/scouts to make everyone's life easier. this team has always landed in competitive/elite leagues. so i realize how hard a 16-0 season would be.
4. in return of an elite oc... i will gladly scout, game plan, dc, assistant dc any team you are on. hell, i'll even throw you some flex if we get a gold!!
bottom line, i'm committed to my team. and i'm committed to winning. these guys deserve a gold.
