Why is there a tree right in front of a door?

This really has me wondering... was the tree always there (given it's right in front of a door of some sort, I'd say no), or did LE bring the tree into frame just for the picture?? If so what was his reasoning, did he feel the tree made him look more humble gloating with his shiny trophy or the tree made him appear much more intelligent. Inquiring minds want to know!!!

Here in America, we often put artificial trees in our homes which gives the house a little bit of wilderness feel to it, much like you Aussies do when you go a little male on male action down by the crik so you get the same feeling!

haha I dont know why but I always imagined that all of you look like the kids from Southpark in the "Warcraft" episode. All fat, lazy, covered in acne and eating hot pockets haha

I wasn't concerned with it being in the house, rather the position it was located (right in front of a door).... Is that some kind of hillbilly security system, do you guys not have keys??

P.s if the tree is still there please move it, it's location continues to haunt and confuse me!
