I am a multi-championship winning owner and OC, but have been out of the ownership/OC game for a while recharging my batteries after being involved with the game since season 1. A New job, and a new baby took the 40+ hours a week I obsessively put into my teams to make them champions, and I need a solid OC and DC to run my new franchise.
I have built 4 different franchises into champions and want this to be my 5th. I have been building dots the last several seasons and taking a break from OC/Ownership but am getting back into it.
I have the roster nearly completed (although a few auto-signs snuck through before I noticed) so I have to move a few and improve a few builds by next season, but my Core is solid.
The offense can be very good with my stud QB/HB/WR's/TE, and the D core is strong as well.
I am a hands off owner and will give you the ability to sign builds you need, move guys who dont fit your scheme, and I dont overreact to short term losses. As long as the team is improving and competitive, you will have a longterm home with me, and if there is ever a time where you need help due to being busy, I can step in and help in short spurts.
