Couple thoughts:

Gold Coast Vipers might be the big surprise of the season for me if it wasn't for Globedotters Indy version.

Guyana/Lincoln/HOOD....There's a demotion or two in this trio it appears.

Of the 3-0 teams in Alpha, Alpine looking like the team to beat...QCBC looks damn good and nipping at their heels...Korb looks like it is ready to let Rusty down again on the offensive side, thus an easy picked third of the trio.

Zeta looks like Blaze may already has its ticket punched with so many of the mainstays struggling...but its early...I'm sure a team or two will find a way to challenge them...maybe.

I think the interesting phases of the WL season are D13/D14 and D36/D37 (for teams still in the playoffs at that juncture). That's when all the S13D40 and S14D40 dots get their final boosts. A lot of teams went with younger new gen dots this year, especially at key positions (QB/HB specifically on the offensive side). When your RB may still have 6 levels to add on top of AEQ upgrades, that's significant.

Lot of things can change. It's hard to really nail anyone as the "team to beat".

Ya, this is one thing that is setting this season apart from a lot of previous seasons.

I know Kai is primed on day 13/14, and we get something like 27 players boosting as well.

2nd half of this season is going to be interesting for sure.

Day 13/14 will be good for HOOD because maybe we'll have a DC
