This is the team now, It's a reboot of a team I started in Season 3 and ended around season 19. Got burnt out from Ocing/Dcing/Testing and walked away for a few seasons to stop the brain from cooking so much. Coordinating and owning is a job, good ones do all the work, bad ones get by. That said, I run both AI's and don't need help with that, I feel that I have the AI/DPC well covered. What I do need help with is- watching offensive video and determining what routes are viable so I can write custom progressions. If you're good with math or systems then I have some more complicated work that a second set of eyes would do wonders with. I've been to the WL twice and the hard truth is if you're not good enough, it's not a whole lot of fun. I also need someone to actively bounce ideas off of and then view the results and figure out if it worked or not.
-give me two days a week, about an hour each time to work things out. You call the days
-do work on your own that adds value to the franchise (about 1+ hour total, break it down however you want). Do break downs and data collation on your own so our two days are spent moving forward instead of working sideways.
-do work or get fired pretty quickly. Progress or keep on moving.
-total time commitment= roughly 3 hours a week (2 hours for hashing things out +1 of data collection) between the two of us we can beat it down over time.
It's a simple set up, I can get in and out of the AI pretty quickly if I know what I'm aiming for. It's getting all the reads and numbers down on paper that takes a while and that's what I need help with. I have a ton more details if you show interest but if you don't want to get down into the nuts and bolts of things then let's save both of us some time.
