Oh. There were a lot of really low level dots in WL back then. I had a level 50 CB in WL circa season 11-12.

well he had the 2nd highest sp value in glb (damn you saris!) when he was in WL, so not too shabby. nobody that was taking primaries to 83+ natural was making bTE's back then, so i kind of lucked out. he was pretty bad in his level 50 season of WL and still was probably in the top 50% >_>

what was more impressive was that his TE was a receiving TE and that this was all pre-archetype. he was just waaaay ahead of the curve efficiency-wise and since nobody good was building TE's...
