This league is supposed to be the best of the best competing at the highest level. That was the whole purpose of the league. When two teams get together and try to throw a game like these two have, it takes that aspect of the league away. Instead of having every game mean something and instead of having the very best players in the game compete legitimately for the most important individual awards in the game, you have the leaders of two teams mocking the purpose of the WL and taking the opportunity to compete for those awards away from the agents that they are important to. If lemdog et al. think it's a big joke and have "zero cares," then they shouldn't care if they are banned for screwing over the agents who do care.

To put it another way, if someone ever got up in real life, walked outside and signed up for a some sort of competition and did this, they'd get their nerdy little teeth punched down their throat.
Game scout looks like Hood ran the same O and the same D as in previous games. What am I missing here?

I just talked with multiple members of admin and I was assured Bort is looking into it and here is a quote
The options we are discussing to address any current or future issues include removal of trophies (awarding them to 2nd/3rd place) and forced team forfeiture.
I am also in the process of looking at updating the stats output for trophies to use an "adjusted" value that treats blowout stats as fractional values similar to how the MVP formula discounts blowout stats, as a possible more permanent all-in-one solution for all leagues.

lol...they didn't throw the game. I did the offense and they ran the same exact D in our game as the previous 3. Our biggest play, which accounted for like 20% of our offense was a broken tackle on a screen vs a D that they run regularly. Our second biggest play was a 30 yard screen gain vs a 3WR shot defense where they don't and haven't covered the strong flat properly.
Our HB's broke 17 tackles...theirs broke 5
Our Oline got 35 pancakes vs their 10.

The difference between the best WL team and the worst isn't that great...when one side gameplans here and the other one doesn't, any team here can beat another any day. If Hood needs to save face by saying they threw, that's cool...but wish they would have told me about it before I planned.

You're grasping for straws with this argument. I understand that they made roster changes that would make it virtually impossible for them to win a game. Teams gutting or taking similar actions in the WL is another issue that needs to be resolved, but it isn't at issue here. What's at issue here is an attack on the purpose of the WL league by the owners of the teams involved. Not being good enough to compete is one thing. Some of the teams here just aren't as good as the others; the whole point of playing the games is to decide who is better. On the whole other end of the spectrum is creating a game plan to purposefully throw a game and in the process screw over every one else. It shows an utter lack of respect for the competition that this league was supposed to create, and it screws over every individual player who cares about how his dots do.
