Goalline Goonies

The Goonies are a member of the Regular League Underground (RLU) which is a Non Boosting Custom League. We play a 13 game schedule aside from the regular GLB schedule and we are currently in our 2nd season. We need a Defensive Coordinator to come in and give us a new look defensively. Right now I am currently the DC and it's just not clicking with me. I also don't have the time to sit down and really dig deep into it like a lot of people do.
I would love to have an experienced DC to come in and shake things up. We have a really well built team and the defense is the problem.
