we're lucky to have been in the worst wl conference ever 2 seasons ago...

S23 Alpha is worse than S21 Zeta by quite a bit.

and Zeta has one CC that beat Alpha's 10th place team by 3 and another who beat the 11th place team in Alpha by 21.

ITT: we learn that alot of the top seeds played the crap teams from the other conferences, and most (all but Guyana) did not have their shit all together at that point.
