We are breaking it down by EL's this season and will have 3 groups:
► 1100+ EL teams
► 1040-1099 EL teams
► 980-1039 EL teams

980 effective level minimum? That would prevent some of the best regional pro teams from participating.

there are 7 teams in RPE2 with levels that high. Everyone else shouldn't be in tbh.

We are attempting to keep it competitive by keeping the 59-60 range for variation of EL's, figuring that no one with a larger disadvantage than that should be able to compete.

If there are one or two teams just barely below that that could, then we will surely evaluate it on a case by case basis.
