whats funny is how there are a bunch of CPU teams up in the national pro leagues....why are they not swapped out with teams with such a vast age/level difference in regional pro?

Because having one team with 10 levels on the conference is fun times. You have to have at least one ringer, and since they pay money too it's only fair to give them a significant advantage.

We don't have to recruit better teams. We have the best teams in our age group by a landslide, we just have a couple old timer teams that still haven't made it to pro that we have to coddle this season.
