This has been bothering me since I joined this league.

What the heck is up with the Austin Longhorns and The Real Austin Longhorns? Couldn't one of you just change your name?

Been discussed, the answer is beyond the comprehension of a land thief. Just accept reality for what it is.

not really, both had the same name, the origional changed names to the real.

Kind of like Ghost Busters and The Real Ghost Busters back in the day.

Kinda why there are two Chicago Bear teams in here. Our team is called the Chicago CBMB Bears, and Whatsdafus called his team the Chicago "MB" Bears. We both originated from the Chicago Bears Message Board at the official NFL site, thus the CBMB and the MB, but there's no animosity towards each other, we're actually good friends.

I was wondering what the MB was all about. Thx for clarifying that. Most of the guys on my team are from the Texans message board at HoustonTexans.com, we found out about this game when some troll was spamming our board looking for referral points....guess it worked.

my guess is texas as a state has the most representation in this game. orangebloods.com has over twenty teams in here alone.

TexAgs.com also has about that many.

For the record, Omaha Mavericks are the original Omaha.

While I accept the indoor football team known as the Beef...the 100+ point losses against them is somewhat sad.

It is acceptable to call us the Mavericks to differentiate us from the Beef.

Well, the Omaha Ground, Chopped, Stewed, Broiled, Grilled, Butchered Beef looks like they're just passing through for the year...so you'll probably be the original Omaha again next season...unless you can get by the Sphere come playoff time.

Well I'm not going to assume we are "locked" for the playoffs...however, and I say this guardedly since the playoff gaming always seems to be...odd...; I think this just may be Cerneo's year...Sphere is leading the conference in various key stats (even omitting their Beef game)...and I dont say this to take anything away from anyone else - but the Sphere could just be lights out this season.

Quite possible. That run D is a big problem for any team and you can't afford to be one dimensional in the playoffs.

The 155-0 win by the Sphere was against the Gangstaz not the Beef. The Beef is upcoming yet.
