Warrior General Games

I'm trying to get some more activity in these forums so these are my top 10 teams at the moment.

#1. Alpha Omega (6-0) - They have rolled through all of their games an if you include scrimmages they are 25-0 this season! There best win so far was against the Swamps Ninjas and they won 42-10. In week 8 they will face their biggest test against ReDisturbed.

#2. Nerd Herd Gators (5-1) - Since losing their first game of the season they have gone undefeated. They've come through a tough schedule, beating Darkness, Detroit Destroyers, Port Moody PAIN and Green Bay Wolverines. They're looking really good and won't be easy to beat!

#3. Motor City Cats (6-0) - The only undefeated team left in the west have not had the toughest schedule but they did get a great 26-24 win against the Mustang Nation Touchy Fillies. Their next 4 games are brutal and if they come through them 10-0 then they should be on for an undefeated season!

#4. ReDisturbed (6-0) - The other undefeated team in the east, and in their last game they beat a very good LA Smackdown team 10-3. In week 8 we will see if they are as good as Alpha Omega but until then wwe can only guess!

#5. MUSTANG NATION TOUCHY FILLIES (5-1) - They really challenged Motor City but ended up losing by 2 points. They also haven't had a very tough schedule but they did beat a strong Rocky Mountain Outlaws team! They hardly have an easy game left this season so we will soon see how good they are.

#6. Detroit Destroyers (5-1) - Their only loss so far has come to the Nerd Herd Gators, it was a big loss but I think it was just an bad game for them. They haven't really been tested apart from that but in the tournament they did only lose 17-10 to Alpha Omega which is a good effort!

#7. Darkness (5-1) - Their only loss was also to the Nerd Herd Gators but they kept them much closer, 13-3. They are a very solid team who will be a contender come play-offs! In week 8 we will see what they can do against Motor City!

#8. New Jersey NIGHTMARES (3-3) - Sorry team but I can't put us any higher than this because of our awful start! We had some tactics issues early on and lost 3 games that we should have won! However in our next game against Motor City we will hopefully porve we are a very good team!

#9. LA Smackdown (4-2) - They are another solid team and they did very well against ReDisturbed only losing 10-3. But they are a step behind Alpha Omega at the moment!

#10. Swamp Ninja's (4-2) - Despite beating LA they are ranked lower because of their week 1 loss to the Midnight Warriors. They will be battling it out with LA for 3rd place all season.

What do you guys think?

That's what I think. Do this in the playoffs. My team doesn't deserve to be here, but this is not a very good list.

who should be in it then?

I like the effort, the man put some thought into and this is his top 10 teams. It gives us something to read and enjoy stop knocking the man down offer up your own top 10 if this list sucks.

I do like the effort. But it could make a lot of tension if you do this. I real;ly didn't think this is necessary. But thanks for posting.

Oh, and Detroit is the team to beat...........They are just playing possum right now............if y'all don't want to get crushed come playoff time you need to temp boost for the Detroit game.........

Doesn't matter to me but at this point in the season what reasons would nerd herd be ranked higher than motor city?

Well I know it may seem wierd to put a 3-3 team in but I know we are good. Last season we came runners up to Motor City with a close loss in the championship game. This season we have improved our roster and are a much better team.

At the start of the season we had some huge errors in our defensive %'s which led to us losing our first 2 games. And game 3 was crazy because we had a FG on the 14 to win in OT but we didn't kick it then we went on to loss! Since then we've won all 3 including a shut-out last week!

But anyway this just my opinion and I know we are a good team!

I think it was a great list. Little bias and a little different, but it's one user's perspective and great for starting a convo. I appreciate both the effort and the candidness.

Come on brotha - tension?! It's no different than the rankings script, save for the fact that it's a human thinking it out and offering a written explanation for why he's ranked the teams where they are. Not necessary, but all in good fun. Don't be such a naysayer!

Sorry for a "double post " but motor city is 16-1 counting scrimmages with our only loss to AO.

Nerd herd lost to 11-5 smackdown, 14-3 east coast of comp 2 league, and got beat by AO by almost 50.

Motor city lost to AO by 17 in one game and just beat them by 1 last night. That's it 16-1 so far this season.

Now, do I really think motor city will go 16-0 in the regular season? Absolutely not there are too many good teams including nerd herd that can knock us down. I just can't see how at this point you don't have AO #1 and MC #2.
