3 Vice City Crack Whores (Alpha)

Next Game : Rennes

Win v Seville, lose v Montcuq. 79-0 Dublin and 95-0 Ahlen. Enough said about this teams strenght.

4 Spaniard Quebrantagüesos (Zeta)

Last Game : München 26-30 L
Next Game : Berlin

The Zeta conference is more balanced at the top, but Spaniard appears to be the crème. A 10 point victory over unknown #5 Stirling lifts the Quebrantaguesos to this spot.

5 Stirling Crusaders (Zeta)

Last Game : Turin 25-10 W
Next Game : Hjørring

Have won 5 since a defeat to Spaniard. Annihilated the Bath Killer Bees and also dropped top team Wales from top 5 consideration. We are not even sure where this team came from overnight, but they are here now.

6 Wales Whales (Zeta)

Last Game : Bergen 31-22 W
Next Game : CopenhagenHjorring

Really a quality team that got beatdown by Stirling. With the strenght of the Alpha conference, this team can’t be considered any higher then 6th but could be a deep playoff contender for Zeta.

7 Seville Naranjas (Alpha)

Last Game : Dorset 22-19 W
Next Game : Hamburg

This side is a mystery to all opposing teams. They are a couple plays from being out of the rankings completely or even higher in the rankings. The strenght of this side will not be known until the playoffs, but with a win over Dorset they get the #7 spot.

8 Dorset Stampede (Alpha)
Last Game : Seville 19-22 L
Next Game : Messina

The previous # 5 team comes off a tough lose to Seville. Only shows the strenght of the Alpha division with this team in the #8 spot.

9 München The Fearless Lions (Zeta)
Last Game : Spaniard 30-26 W
Next Game : FF-FD

At 6-1 they have a big win v Spaniard and that is it. After the lose to no-name Bergen, it will take some quality wins to move up from this spot.

10 Yorkshire Knights (Alpha)

Last Game : Dublin 58-0 W
Next Game : Fareham

Even though they are a quality side, they will have to beat someone to move up. They’ve shown they can put the puts up on weaker opponents, but strenght of schedule is lacking. 6 straight wins and they are the best #10 team since we’ve began the rankings.

Other notable teams to mention:

Black Watch 4-3 & Bath Killer Bees 6-1 : Both teams are top teams in their division and deserve considerable consideration. Black Watch will definitely be a team to watch at playoff time and the Bath Killer Bees in their own right are the top returning Zeta team from last season after a semi-final playoff run.

This week's Minotaurs Vs Aces should be a bloodbath early and often. I see a new scoring record being set and possible loss of life 4 the remaining Aces left. I wish my NT could be there (ok so I don't really wish I was there as I've been having energy issues all season and am looking forward 2 facing like-level players plus having an extra day off before then ) hopefully our problems will be solved soon and we can actually field a full squad before the end of the season.

FOR the record....the Crusaders did NOT beat down Wales.

That was one hell of a tight game.

Tied for first place in the conference, compared to struggling to stay at .500.
Not a bad turn around in just a season.
Should get better when our chemistry gets better, as it has been all season

Actually a great turnaround. I didn't even remember where you guys were in the rankings last season with all the Manchester hype.

I keep messing up when I try 2 condense my quote when I'm quoting somebody who quoted me (Ouch try saying that quickly). It ended up like The Football Factory was saying what I was trying 2 say.
Looks like we will be taking over the Aces after getting routed by da Minotaurs 159 to -10. I can't wait 2 actually see what we can do with a full roster, that depends on the advancement of sports medicine and our current players' ability 2 rise from the dead.

Appreciate that, man. And so true. Somehow an INT for a touchdown in a 1-point game with 50 seconds left makes it a beat down, I guess.
