Even as we celebrate a conference championship, we stop to pay our respects to Rusty Trombone. His name is spoken in hushed tones around these forums for acts which were punished without due process.

However, we will not allow his spirit to be silenced. While we cannot guarantee victory on the dotbattlefield, we can guarantee that most of our dots will not play relaxed into the night.

Naturally, I understand that Odessa will take some issue with this tribute and so I offer this .... we will spot you 14 points to start the game .... in honor of Rusty and his unquenchable thirst for integrity.

Based on Cinci's track record against both I'd say that's not true but oh well.
