If we as a Gold community could come up with a system that would rank teams based not only on regular season preformance, but scrimmage preformance, would someone have the talent to write a script for us?

I am asking before we even attempt to come up with a system because that would take a lot of time and discussion, so we want to know if someone has the skills to write it first.

If you guys go through the effort to lay out exactly everything that you want done and have the exact "algorithm" that you desire be put in, including each and every needed variable...

I will translate it in to greasemonkey codeage, though I'm certain it is going to take me some time because its been 6-7 years since I bothered with it, it was something I was once heavily involved with (used it to "cheat" on another web based game... though it wasn't really cheating... those bitches just hated me for being so inventive).

I know for certain that this is something that I could actually do quite a bit easier by placing it on an exterior server and just screenscraping it however...

any objections to me doing this and hosting it somewhere where it constantly updates automatically, rather than having to do it in greasemonkey?

I can set you up on my website where you can upload and browse your own files and overwrite upon uploading. If you need something like that.

Ooh, I have a server not that I would "need" anything, just a matter of whether you guys would vastly prefer me to do it where you can have it on a script or if you are okay with me just scraping it to a database elsewhere and linking you guys to it.

You can do both...should be easily to convert

Lemme know if you need any help, after May 6th my class load lightens up and I may be able to help a bit. If you get stuck I could be an extra set of eyes you could use.
