You would think, but the deflection is not listed in the pbp. Also, the ball turns again once it gets near the Safety, farther than where dot 'hands' should be. I think the +INT chance Bort added to the sim this season is a little buggy, but the mod crew want more examples. So, if you see anything like this post your replays in this thread:

I think when the ball gets INTed the ball deflection doesnt show in the replay text. About 99% positive on this. I have had many INTs by my safeties or LBs from a deflection by my Dline. And it doesnt say anyone deflected it when it was clear it was.
That being said, the ball was thrown low and behind the WR which was also where the ROLB was, he deflected it and FS intercepted it. Dont see a bug
