I am curious what to start with to build a Pass Rushing 3-4 LB.

81 speed and 81 agility imo. Then vision if you picked the coverage archetype like you should've since vision is more important for a pass rusher than tackling imo.

Purpose of being a blitzer is to not get engaged by blockers. If you do, you probably won't break the block due to their superior strength/blocking.
