1) against a rushing QB you should 100% QB spy the SS;
2) run a zone defense; and
3) run a 3-4 instead of a 4-3.

2) run a zone defense; and
3) run a 3-4 instead of a 4-3.

In casual? Against a rushing QB? No, that's what you want. The man coverage doesn't get off the block very well, but the zone coverage usually stops the QB in the backfield.
Trust me, I won three back-to-back LOL.gifs from casual, and the last three teams I played used 100% rushing and this shut them down.

Noob? You signed up two days before I did. And my team doesn't miss a lot of tackles. I don't know who these scrub teams are you play against, but your one dimensional team would be shut down.
