The Top Teams: The East team up here is clear, but we have more west roulette with the Crib loss to Lunch Box and the Pimps losing to BGW. I guess Chicago goes there right now but a hot pick could be PNP with their full boosting that we might not get out of the Philosophers or the Bears.

1. Maine Grenadiers 11-0
2. Chicago 85' Bears 9-2

The Contenders: PNP may have lost to the Philosophers, but the advantage would go their boosted team in a rematch. FG moves up simply due to the losses of other teams. Then we have a bizarre section of 3 teams who lost or tied last game including Crib and UT who lost to boosted teams. Crib put up a fight and UT had an AI glitch. SAS also was not that great against a no CEQ Flumps. Kill Devil and Flumps round out the top 10 as Kill Devil is very hot right now and could take down Maine.

3. PNP 8-3
4. The Philosophers 9-2
5. Fighting Gamecocks 9-2
6. Crib Midgets 8-3
7. UT Pimps 7-3-1
8. SAS Chicken Stranglers 7-3-1
9. Kill Devil Hill Flyers 7-4
10. Sir Flumps-A-lot- 7-3-1

On the Edge of Contention: Short Bus and DIRTY INC are definitely the best 2 teams here. Little Green Men are hot right now and I still think BNI belongs here although the winner of their game versus PNM will be the one in this group next week.

11. Short Bus Window Lickers 6-4-1
12. DIRTY INC. 6-4-1
13. Little Green Men 6-5
14. Brigate Nere Italia 6-5

Playoff Bubble: I think out of all the 6-5 teams GOR is the worst right now, however, they are still likely to make the playoffs because of past performance and future schedule. I think the loser of the BNI/PNM game is in big trouble and in the east, WVWP looks to be the odd one out right now. Out of the 5-5-1 teams, only Lunch Box IMO has a real chance of making the playoffs. Slowbuilding will not get SEC there even though they beat Lunch Box. Montpellier simply looks to be not as good as the 9 teams ahead of them and if they want to make the playoffs, the game against Wood Village is practically a must win although Wood Village likely needs that game also to make the playoffs, so it is basically a two-way elimination game.

15. Pain Nation 6-5
16. Shy Town Bears 6-5
17. The Garrison of Rome 6-5
18. Wood Village 6-5
19. Lunch Box 5-5-1
20. S.E.C. Domination 5-5-1
21. Montpellier Wildcats 5-5-1

Playoff Hopes on Life Support, Need to Be Careful to Avoid Demotion: Only AC Surf IMO could pull the miracle of winning out and getting the breaks, but they would need to boost now.

22. Atlantic City Surf 4-6-1
23. Baytown Bulldogs 4-7
24. Boston GoatWarriors 4-7

Demotion Teams, No Playoff Hopes:

25. Long Island Knights PW 3-8
26. BSBR 3-8
27. Crackertown Juniors 3-8
28. Sons of Anarchy 2-9

CPU/Non-Owned/No Player Teams:

29. Basic Ai ONLY 2-8-1
30. OPF 1-10
31. San Antonio Saviours 0-11
32. Helsinki Hawks 0-11

It's a little different in the West, you could barely make the playoffs and make a run.

In the East teams would likely boost to barely make the playoffs and then get stomped by 50 points in the first round. What a waste of money.

The 8 spot in the east is almost worthless, you're right. However, if you could push for the 7th spot, then any other teams are beatable and you could make a run.
