If they were 0-8 doesn't that mean 8 other teams were able to beat them

Yes. Teams that we have beaten by hundreds of points have, in turn, beaten this same CPU team by hundreds of points. Yet, for some reason, we can't beat this CPU team?

This seriously needs to be looked at. Even if it isn't bugged, it needs to be evaluated. Is it OK to lose to CPU teams? Yes. Is it OK to lose to a CPU team that can't win against any other team in the league, a league you've dominated and beat most teams by hundreds in? Absolutely not. This should never happen. Not in anything people pay money to play.
