I have seen this so many times over the past few seasons and now, it has cost us a very important season game.

Q4 5:17 1st & 10 on OWN 28.5 http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1541538&pbp_id=4558708

What ever the build is he needs to respect the out of bounds line. If HBs with similar builds ran out of bounds as often as other players there would be riots.

Can you link any more replays of this happening and also pm me the build? I have seen this happen every so often but only at low levels. So it makes me think that the LB is missing the combo of vision which makes him go past the runner then doesnt have the agility to come back.

I am going to mark this as not likely a bug, but like I said, if you have more replays please post them and if you wanna post/send me the build do.

what is the GLB rule on a player going out of bounds then coming back in and making a play?

just googled some stuff--if I'm reading it correctly, in both NCAA and NFL, I believe, if an offensive player intentionally goes out of bounds, he cannot be the first on his team to touch the ball or it will be a penalty. Defenders can go out and still come back in and touch the ball/make a play, so orignal posters LOLB would be ok to come back in.

Something he couldn't do if he were on punt coverage in either NCAA or NFL, where a member of the kicking team CAN NOT (again intentionally) go out and come back in (at all) on a punt. For college they cannot return to the field on punts or kickoffs, but from what I read the NFL doesn't have a rule like that for kickoffs, only punts.

What are the rules for GLB? Does GLB enforce these rules when bugs or a particular build sends the player out of bounds?

The thing that bothers me, besides the fact that it was the play that put them in position to win, is the fact that he ran out of bounds BEFORE the ball was in the air. He started to cover the HB than just kept going out of bounds.

High speed low agility is a nightmare to contend with at that level. It really doesn't look like he was set to HB strong. Looks more like a zone setting.

If a zone takes him OOB then that's even more problematical.

F a fix your builds wtf does that possibly have to do with anything. This is probably the stupidest thing ive ever heard or seen, to defend sht mechanics like that, how hard could it possibly be to install a code for all players to stay within the white lines?

thats some fing lazy sht

Low vision and Low agility are both known causes of players running out of bounds, you have extremely low vision, and borderline agility.

NOT LIKELY A BUG

No Need For This At All.

I agree that this is a build issue and not likely a bug.

Was this just a total vision fail?
