He is currently in the lower 40s so not much I can do about speed, agility, or tackling

looks good, might want two break block pieces and only 1 make tackle.

I would drop a make tackle piece and get a first step and also try to bring strength higher. It will help with you break block roll. Take jumping one cap lower and strength one cap higher.

A speed blitzing LB without First Step might as well just kill self.

I haven't heard many good things about Disguise blitz.

Yeah I think disguise blitz is ok but first step is a must and 70 strength is a little low. I'm not sure 147 speed is ideal even, because coming around the corner you really only have 3 or 4 ticks to get to max speed most of the time. Like I don't think 142 speed would probably be much worse for blitzing.

My blitzing LB doesn't have any first step... seems to be doing well in the early part of his career.... At what point does First Step kick in for a LB?

The only position where I've really seen First Step make a big difference has been on the DLine... I've yet to see it make much of a difference for a LB.... but maybe I'm missing something....

Tunnel vision > disguise blitz imo...

stamina seems a bit high. my first LB had stamina in the low 60s and i was always pissed i didnt put the points elsewhere
