After running through the builder I ended up with 70 STR and 72 Vision. Would i be better off caping Vision 1 more tier and lowering STR?

don't need any more vision for a blitzer, might need more STR though with the changes to the DPC.

Maybe cap STR before Vis then? Also he will have 158 SPD with eq , if that seems a tad high he can stop sooner on SPD and increase other areas.
