I can't really comment on the GM script, only that the ROLB looks like he moves too fast. That maximum speed only lasts a tick or 2. I think it's just the approximate visual positioning of the dots and falls into this category from the "Quirks of GLB, Common Complaints & Commonly False Bugs" sticky.

In these and similar situations, the PBP text description is consider the accurate depiction of the events while the visual replay is considered approximate.

It is not possible for us to verify that the script is even feeding you correct information.

Not likely a bug.

Of course you can, all the data is in the page source:
Frame 17) x=37.75 , y=284.25
Frame 18) x=32.75 , y=280.25

Now make Pythagorus proud and calculate the length of the line connecting those two points .....

It is well known and documented that the images on the replay do not exactly match what is actually going on. Calculating the distance between two lines and how long it takes to travel the distance only yields the correct speed if what you are seeing is correct.

Did you mean Pythagoras perhaps?

I'm going to resist the urge to be a smart ass and spell it in Greek by instead giving you a for your ingenuity in avoiding such a simple math problem.

And for the record, I'm well aware of the dubiousness of the replay. No, this isn't a big deal, but the script is correct. The replay on the other hand ....
