Part of me says that it's time to start working on stamina/confidence... part of me says to put a few more points in vision. What do you think?

A few points in vision can't really hurt. And afterwards its still time for sta/con.
Btw: Ever considered jumping?

I'd not considered jumping yet. I went agility, strength, tackling, vision, speed.

It makes a difference in pass defense as it improves your PD roll. Other than that, the big thing about jumping is you need 40 for ball hawk, and pretty much any LB except a pure blitzing ROLB needs ball hawk.

I'd go for stamina next - jumping is low enough where you can still train it up
