I took speed to the 81 cap. Now I'm in the process taking agility to 77 and have trained tackling to 37 and will start capping it next. Should I now begin normal training vision or should I multi-train several attributes for a while?

You should be multi-training speed, vision, strength, and tackling (since you are taking tackling up)

However, you should know vision is more important than tackling for a blitzing LB. That's why I will always chose the coverage archetype if I'm building a blitzing LB.

I haven't done anything more than train tackling to 37. Should I hold off on that and focus on vision next?

Yes.

Then you can be training speed, vision, strength, and rotating confidence and stamina in the other spot and roll agility over after you get it to 77/78 cap.

The only thing is after you have finished agility, if you can cap tackling and not vision or strength, then go ahead and cap it. Then start training it as the 4th attribute. Keep training until it gets to 55 or 56 and leave it alone again until you have capped vision and strength.

After you have capped vision and strength, 2nd cap tackling when you can and train it as part of quad until it gets to 64. Then you are done with it and it will grow somewhere around 70 if not higher.

I am just starting a new LB with coverage archetype but want him to be a blitzer type. Let's say I'm starting out fresh. I would train speed as primary and unlock vision, strength and confidence? and then unlock stamina at a later point as well? And then hold off on agility until speed is capped out and use it as the primary? Should I enhance any of those? And would I have to unlock tackling later as well? Thanks in advance. I haven't done any multi training before so I'm a bit lost.

speed as primary

unlock agility, vision, and either strength or tackling next.

Or you could unlock speed, agility, vision, and then just rotate the other attribute you train with them. That is trickier though since you need to stop capping speed at a lower cap and then train it a lot longer. Plus you need to figure out when and how you are going to enhance the other attributes.

Rage am I on the right track here ? I'm after a good rounded MLB . My real question is my VAs I was on a team that told me I was wasting my time with jump the snap and first step. When I played MLB in the late 70's these where attributes I lived on but I guess It no help in the sim. Is that true?

He means hit bonus tokens on your player page and unlock an attribute to multi train. It costs bonus tokens,5,10,15. Each one will cost 5 more than the last.

Can somebody post a few pass rushing LBs who have the stats to show that vision is really more important than tackling....

For my current pass rushing LB.... vision is #5 for importance.... I'm not at all convinced vision is as important as advertised on this thread.....
