1 Chicago Pterodactyls 5-0-0 W5
Chicago's wins have been the most impressive to me so far this season.. Their very efficient Offensive and stout defense are impressing coaches all over the league.
A matchup with the hawks this week is highly anticipated.

2 Naked Mole-Rats 5-0-0 W9
NMR has dominated the eastern half of the league, but their hardest games are definately yet to be played. A solid performance against Waco has earned them the #2 spot.

3 North Side Dream Killers 5-0-0 W5
North Side's close game against Rutgers is the only thing hurting their current ranking... Championship teams make sure they win the close ones, the east is watching the Dream Killers closely for the next 3 weeks to see how they withstand a tougher portion of their schedule.

4 Rutgers Scarlet Knights 3-2-0 W1
Rutgers leap frogs the Hawks by both beating them, and having an impressive showing against the Dream Killers. The east is on notice, You better game plan Rutgers well or be prepared to lose.

5 Harrisburg Hawks 4-1-0 W2
The Hawks stunned the Bats this week with solid defense. By not allowing a touchdown and running the ball well in the second half, the Hawks are proving their young team is legit. The Hawks will be in excellent shape for a home playoff game if they can win either of their next two games vs Chicago or Dream Killers.

6 Carolina Cardiac Cats 3-2-0 W1
The Cats are doing Yeoman work and are in good shape for the play-offs. Their wins aren't very impressive, but wins are wins.

7 Lone Star Bats 3-2-0 L2
The bats had a rough showing against the Hawks this week.
Their defense is showing up well, but the offense is not getting the job done in the red zone.

8 Jacksonville Stars 3-2-0 L1
The stars are in the hunt for a playoff spot... They need to stiffen up on defense, as they're allowing too many points. Coming to town is the Mole Rats. My prediction, if they can't hold the Mole Rats under 40 points, it will be a sign they're not making the playoff cut.

9 Cleveland Kardiac Kids 2-3-0 W2
The Kids had a rough start to the season with top ranked teams beating them. They're having trouble moving the ball against good defenses and will need to improve this if they'd like to be in the post season.

10 Atchafalaya Swamp Voodoo 2-3-0 L2
The Voodoo are a tough football team with no glaring weaknesses. The playoffs are still a possibility, They're going to need some help down the stretch though.

11 New Hampshire Dragons 2-3-0 W2
The Dragons started the season with high hopes that are starting to fade now. They need to win their next 3 games if they're going to have any play-off hopes.

12 Waco Green Puffers 1-4-0 L4
Waco is another team that started the season with high hopes.. Lack of offensive depth is losing them games, They have great talent, but suspect coaching.

Remaining teams will be buying playoff tickets if things do not change drastically.

13 Orlando Ninjas 1-3-1 L1
Orlando has a young team that seems to be making improvements. The Offensive line is young and hasn't gelled yet. Waco could be in for a shocker this week though.

14 MIAMI ROADFROGS 0-4-1 L1
The Frogs have made some moves this season which are improving their team as a whole. Chemistry is hurting them, as is lack of offensive production.

15 Washington Poison 0-5-0 L5
The poison have been woefully inept on offense, and things are not helped by CPU players still starting in the 6th week. Their defense has been ok, but Coaching changes on the offensive side of the ball might be needed.

16 CAROLINA WOLF PACK 0-5-0 L29
The Wolf pack continue their losing streak and look to be heading down to the BBB leagues next season. In my last rankings they were taken aback by my statement that they did not have a will to win. I stand by this statement as their QB is still 5 levels below the lowest in the league. If this team wanted to win, the owner would start a better QB instead of his BBB backup quality QB... Nothing personal AT ALL, I'm just calling them like I see them.

PS no one sent me and rankings PM's, so these are still totatly just my opinion.. Eastern team GM's and owners Send me your ranking for better results!

Great write-up. Looking at Rutgers ranking it just shows that we have underperformed, doh. Pretty funny how Northside's loss against us brought them down, haha.

Does take a while to do the write ups and I wish someone else was doing em... Still I sort of miss writing(stuff thats not code), and I miss football news! I thought this week's comments were a little rough... I try to be unbiased and use quality of wins, offensive/defensive stats, and depth to do these rankings... By the end I definately give it rough to the teams on the bottom, I appologize for this. Its not personal, its just how it works out.

In this market it has been a pain to get a QB higher then the one we got to come start for a 0-6 team. Smith has been getting better, by year end he will be serviceable.

Like I said before we will not drop to bbb, FYI

You guys defintily have had the hardest schedule so far in the league. You defintily have shots to win games now as you have mostly played all of the top teams.

Great write up. The Stars are going to make it to the playoffs this season, you can count on that!

Dragons made some changes and are looking to make a strong showing for the rest of the season. Don't count us out yet.
