Possibly. The QB obviously gets rid of the ball and then takes a diving hit from the CB after the throw. Maybe roughing the passer? Fine the CB? 
Seriously though, I do think something probably should have been credited, but we'll need some examples to see if this is a repetitive issue with players not getting hurries or assigned missed tackles.

Hmm, you're right. That's an issue that will likely get addressed after the DPC is revised.
So, for the time being, not likely a bug.

It hasn't only happened once. that happens not infrequently actually. I'm not sure what it is, but I would guess that it should be either a hurry or a broken tackle. My guess is the latter, but doesn't show up because of the situation. tbh, QBs should break a lot more tackles in those situations.
